As we all know one of the most popular news in this beginning of the year has been that Grant Arantz Chef has moved all his workers and know-how from Alinea restaurant in Chicago to our capital, specifically to NH Collection Eurobuilding Hotel.
In this new initiative to move its entire restaurant of Three Michelin Stars in which he provided lots of dishes with deep roots of American gastronomy he wanted all his customers to enjoy an experience of 360º in which everything had to be care.
Additionally there was another space, "The office", a speakeasy with a similar style to another project of him, The Aviary, that represents the traditional speakeasy of Chicago made because of the dry law, where they could enjoy exquisite cocktails. To achieve the aesthetics of the place, they immediately contacted Crimons to advice them for the decoration and we gave life to this space where the hotel normally serves breakfast.
The result was spectacular. The leather sofas and armchairs in brown and black with the wooden tables and the wool carpets gave life to the space transporting us to another era, to the 20s, in a recondit space whre you could breathe intimity and luxury.
