A large scale chill out

It’s not easy to organize mass events, this is why we have special affection for this event. It is a corporate event for 1.000 people. The venue, a spectacular place: The National Art Museum of Catalonia.

So we had to do the project, the floorplan of the layout as a render and the set up and global advice on the whole scenery. We decided to do a chill out set up for the event cocktail dinner, making it easy for the guests to move around and socialize.

The buffets were strategically located to give service support. All the furniture was in black, white and fuchsia and was made up of isle sofas, wooden lacquered tables, square and ball shaped puffs, etc. The aerial lights put the finishing touches to the scenery.
