5 ideas para una fiesta privada | La originalidad son puntos extra
If you have an anniversary or an important date approaching, to make someone feel special, or even if you have no special purpose for it, we give you five tips to convert it in a memorable celebration.
Five ideas for a perfect private party
The first thing you should do to organize a party is to consider what budget you have, how many guests you estimate will attend and if you have the necessary space. Once we are clear, these are our proposals for your private party to be the most original:
– The location
Keep in mind that the place where the private party will be held is very important. It must be a place with easy access, with bathrooms and, if you also plan to have music or DJ, it is a good idea that it is soundproofed.
– A theme party
Think about what the honoree likes, or focus the theme on the reason for the celebration. Would you like to say goodbye to someone who is going to live away for a while? Organize a travel-themed party. 80s fans? Throw a vintage-themed party. A promotion in the company? Throw something related to that job. Publishing a book? Fill the walls with famous quotes.
– Music and lighting
What would a good party be without music? Choose a playlist and, if you finally decide on a theme party, a good idea is to match the music. You can do a succession of themes from the eighties, for example. As for the lighting, if the party is at night you can play with it to create special atmospheres. For example, you can use neon lights, hang small lamps from a rope, or even place backlit poufs where the guests can sit. A great tip!
In any case, it is important to adapt to the space you have and remember that there must be enough space to dance, socialize, etc.
– The food
One of the central elements of a party, whatever type it is, is the food. We can prepare it ourselves or hire a caterer, but we suggest that you bring an original point to the way of presenting it. Prepare a buffet table with cheeses, for example, or set up your own candy bar. If you don’t want it to become a formal dinner, use high, non-traditional tables.
– Surprise your guests!
Before the event, prepare original invitations: They can even include a small location map. And, once the day arrives, leave them open-mouthed. If you can afford it, a good idea is to hire a small show. Perhaps a duo to play for you. Otherwise, you can always choose to use a photocall and fill some boxes with hats, wigs and so on for the guests to pose in it. They will get very funny pictures.
Remember that if you want your private party to be a real success, our recommendation is that you bet everything on originality.
