Enormous events

It’s not usual but sometimes at the other line of the phone there is a huge event. Is one of those events that you don’t know how to begin with. It’s not the same to do an event for 100 that is ok, than to do something for 500 or even more complicated, for 1.000 people! That’s definitely different.

So what we want to show you in this post is all these enormous events, for more than 300 people and up to 1.000. It is not something easy as not all venues can achieve that quantity of people, not many professionals can have such a big event and not many enterprises of renting material have so many stock. But we want to talk about our experience.

Once they have chosen the venue and have decided how they pretend the event to be (a cocktail dinner, a chill out, modern, elegant…) and the furniture that suits more with the style, we make the distribution of the room drawing a floor plan to show how the decoration is going to look like on the selected venue.

The most important is that the event doesn’t lose its elegance although being of big dimensions. So even though it is a massive event it is expected to be exclusive, that’s why we offer the best products we have. This is the only way for satisfying our client.
